Is your website secure?
Yes our website is secured by industry standard SAGEPAY and payments are taken on their secure server, your details are never held on any website.
Do you send orders discreetly?
Yes all of our orders are sent out in discreet plain packaging with no indication of the contents inside, and no labels to identify the sender. All parcels are sent by recorded delivery, so no parcels are left on the doorstep for other people to find.
Do you do discreet billing as I dont want my bank manager to find out where I have been shopping?
Yes we understand you don't want anyone to know where you have been shopping, for this reason all statements will simply say 'Net Sales UK' and NO mention of Fetishwear UK.
I have not received my parcel, what do I do?
Parcels normally arrive within a few days, however we are at the mercy of the Royal Mail and parcels can be delayed for whatever reason. If your order has not turned up within 14 working days, please contact us and we will send you out another order, or give you a full refund.
Can I have my order shipped to a different address?
Yes, you may have your order shipped to a different address, we understand there are occasions when you wish to send a present to someone at a different location.
What do I do if the goods are faulty when I receive them?
All orders are checked before being dispatched. On the rare occasion that an item is faulty, please email sales@fetishwear-uk.co.uk within 7 days, we will instruct you on how to proceed.
