Speedy Discreet Delivery
We pride ourselves on our fast delivery, and dispatch most orders on the same day as we receive them. We keep stock of almost all of our lines to avoid delays; however please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us about your order as the items may be being made up for you.
If part of your order is delayed we will send what we have in stock and back-order the remainder and dispatch this when available, so you never have to wait too long for your goods. (UK Orders Only)
You will be informed by email if this is the case when we dispatch your order. You can also use our online order tracking.
At busy times such as holidays and Xmas, please allow up to 10 days to receive your order.
If there are any further delays after the 10 days have passed, we will contact you by email to arrange a further date, or you may exchange the product or receive a full refund.

Discretion Assured
All orders are sent out in non-descript plain packaging with no indication of the contents inside. You will also need to sign for the parcel upon delivery, which means this will not be left on the doorstep for anyone to take.
