All of our items come with a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with any of our products, or you would like to exchange them for a different size, an alternative product or a refund, please read the conditions below.
Goods MUST be returned in their original condition and packaging bags.
Goods will only be accepted that are returned as new, i.e. uncreased, have not been laundered or worn, with bags, tags and labels still intact so the goods can be resold.
A refund will be given minus any postage costs which are non-refundable within 14 days as long at the item adheres to our returns policy. If you had free delivery, the actual costs for postage will be deducted off this amount.
If any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods to you at your cost.
If you wish to send the item back for whatever reason you MUST email us beforehand. We will not accept returns without email confirmation.
If you are requesting an exchange then £3.95 will be charged from your card before dispatch. Or you may send us a cheque or postal order to the address above.
Please allow 14 days for your exchange of item in case products are out of stock.
Items lost in the post
Please note we will not be responsible for returned items lost in the post back to us, so we suggest you use Special Delivery or Recorded post or some other method of insured post to safeguard yourself.
Non Refundable Goods
Goods of an intimate nature are non refundable and non exchangeable once they have been opened, this includes hosiery, underwear and sex toys if taken out of the sealed wrapper. This is in accordance with health and hygiene regulations.
All products are inspected before despatch, however in the unlikely event that your goods are faulty please return within 30 days.
We regret that we are unable to accept any faulty items back after this time.
Please return the item in a clean condition, in its original packaging, complete with any manuals and accessories.
When returning faulty items please download and print a return form here which needs to be included in the returned parcel.
If the item is faulty we will cover the cost of your return postage up to a value of £7.50.
Parcels costing over £7.50 or posting from overseas, please email us before returning the goods, so we may calculate the postage.
Cancellations of unopened orders
Customers may cancel their order after the 10 days have passed. A refund will be issued within 14 days away if the goods have not left our premises.
If the goods are in transit we will refund you as soon as we receive the goods back minus your postage costs which are non-refundable.
We are sorry we cannot accept any returns back after 14 days.
