Making A Purchase Please note: The PVC clothing is very tight fitting, if in doubt please order one size up to avoid any disappointment.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Delta, Maestro, Jcb and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or securely over the Internet.

Delivery Schedule We pride ourselves on our speedy delivery, and dispatch most orders within a few days. We keep stock of almost all of our lines to avoid delays; however please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, either if we do not have stock of your item, or if it is made to order.
Please feel free to call and check the progress of your order at any time. If there is a longer delay to delivery, then we will keep you well posted.


Whilst we do our best to despatch orders paid for by credit card or postal order promptly, we must stress that delivery is "subject to availability". Please allow up to 10 working days before enquiring regarding outstanding orders.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order this for you, and aim to get it to you within 21 working days.

We will not accept returns of clothing if they are creased and/or are in an un-saleable condition.
Please note: personal items such as intimate lingerie worn next to the skin and sex toys can only be exchanged if they are faulty when you receive them.

Returns Policy If you need to return an item for whatever reason, please email us at returns@fetishwear-uk.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your purchase, we will then contact you by email with your instructions for the returned items.


Items returned for exchange may be subject to a charge to cover the return postage

Items returned unwanted for a refund will be subject to a £2.95 admin charge to cover the credit card charges and any postage costs incurred by us will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled in full before an order is sent will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee as a lot of our items are made to order.
We strongly recommend you use Recorded Delivery for your return as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost in the post.

To cancel an order you must do so in writing within 7 days, and cancellations received after this time will not be accepted.

All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges of £3.60 if you wish to have the item re-sent.


All returns MUST be sent by recorded delivery, to reach us within 14 days. We shall not be held responsible for items that get lost in the post.
We adhere to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
Refunds are normally credited within 30 days from the receipt of your returned item, or cancellation.
