Returning An Item

If you need to return an item for whatever reason, please email us at sales@fetishwear-uk.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your purchase, we will then contact you by email with your instructions for the returned item/s

Items returned for exchange may be subject to a charge to cover the return postage
Items returned unwanted for a refund will be subject to a £2.95 credit card processing fee.
We strongly recommend you use Recorded Delivery for your return as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost in the post.

All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges of £3.60

Faulty Items

If the item you receive is faulty please contact us within 7 days for return instructions and our FREEPOST address.

We adhere to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
Refunds are normally credited within 14 days from the receipt of your returned item, or cancellation.

Sex toys

Sex toys can only be exchanged if the seal has not been broken or they are not removed from the sealed wrapper or if they are faulty.

We are sorry but the postage is non-refundable on returns.
