Returning Items

If you need to return an item for whatever reason, please make sure it reaches us within 14 days to:

Exchanges

If you are requesting an exchange then please include £3.60 in cash, cheque or authority to debit your credit card, to cover the postage cost back to you.
Please note we will not be responsible for returned items lost in the post back to us, so we suggest you use Special Delivery or Recorded post or some other method of insured post to safeguard yourself.

We will not accept items sent without packaging, labels, creased, worn, laundered or intimate items of lingerie. Please contact us if you are unsure.

All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges of £3.60 if you wish to have the order re-sent

Faulty Items

If the item you receive is faulty please contact us within 7 days for return instructions and our FREEPOST address.

Refunds

Refunds are normally credited upon receipt of your returned items, normally back onto your credit/debit card.

Cancellations

If your order is cancelled in full within 10 working days after placing your order, a 10% charge will apply to cover our costs.

Sex toys

Sex toys can only be exchanged if the seal has not been broken or they are not removed from the sealed wrapper or if they are faulty.

We are sorry but the postage is non-refundable on returns.

You must be 18 or over to purchase our items.
